Meet Susan Ashville
Listing and Buyer’s Agent
 
Susan Ashville is a dedicated professional with more than twenty years of sales, marketing and financial services experience. She spent some time at a smaller brokerage before finding her home at Keller Williams. She is a big asset to the office with her teaching, mentoring and fabulous “get it done” attitude. Her outgoing personality and never-ending desire to help those around her makes her a perfect fit for the Keller Williams’ culture.
                
 
She hails from Indiana, but grew up in Florida where her father was an engineer in the space industry. Before starting her real estate career, Susan was a sales executive for Hershey Foods Corporation, Sara Lee Corporation and Koala Springs International. After moving to Northern California her career segued into commercial finance for start-up companies and residential lending. Susan is a valued member of the National Association of Realtors, C.A.R, Bay East Association of Realtors, Women's Council of Realtors and The Realtors Marketing Association.
 
For the past six years Susan has served as a family support volunteer at Eden Hospital in trauma and emergency. She volunteers her time and service with her church, Rotary, Shepherd's Gate, Chabot Space and Science Center and is a Court Appointed Special Advocate for Contra Costa County. She enjoys giving back to her community. In her spare time she plays golf, dances and loves to hike the beautiful hills of the Bay Area. Her son, John, is a golf-professional at Pebble Beach and lives in Gilroy with his wife and family.  Those of you that know Susan, know that she works hard to provide positive results through personal service and win-win interaction.
